RRB ALP Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
• Must hold an ITI Certificate in a relevant trade from a recognized institution.
• Alternatively, candidates with Diploma or Degree in Engineering are also eligible.

Age Limit (As on 1 January 2025):

• Minimum Age: 18 Year,s
• Maximum Age: 30 Year,s

Age Relaxation:

Selection Process Of RRB ALP Recruitment 2025

The selection will be done in multiple stages:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT 1):
   • Duration: 60 minutes
   • Questions: 75 (Objective Type)
   • Subjects: Mathematics, Reasoning, General Science, General Awareness
2. Computer-Based Test (CBT 2):
   • Divided into two parts:
     • Part A (100 questions, 90 minutes): Mathematics, Reasoning, Basic Science & Engineering, General Awareness
     • Part B (75 questions, 60 minutes): Trade-specific test (qualifying in nature)
3. Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT):
   • Applicable only for ALP post
   • No negative marking

   • Shortlisted candidates will be called to verify academic and identity-related documents.
5. Medical Examination:
   • Final selection depends on passing the required medical fitness test conducted by Railway health authorities.
